President

Miguel Taime, President of Preferred Alliance, has been a leader in drug testing and compliance since 1988. He played a pivotal role in developing on-site drug testing programs for companies like Tri-Valley Growers and Del Monte Foods. With over 40 years of experience, he expanded the business to include D.O.T. compliance testing, which laid the foundation for Preferred Alliance.

General Manager

Manuel Chavez is the General Manager of Preferred Alliance, overseeing all testing operations and training programs. With 30+ years of experience in drug and alcohol testing, he is a recognized expert in the field, serving as an exclusive trainer for Reasonable Suspicion and Designated Employer Representatives, as well as a certified trainer through NDASA and Intoximeter.

Nannette Mendez-Latalladi

Client Services & Sales Manager

Nannette Mendez-Latalladi manages the Customer Service and Sales department at Preferred Alliance. Since 2007, she has overseen drug testing programs for Kaiser Permanente’s occupational health clinics and works closely with state and federal regulatory agencies. With a background in marketing and over 17+ years of experience, Nannette’s focus is on client satisfaction and compliance.
